Die Kleingauner Arthur und Anatol planen den Coup ihres Lebens. Sie wollen einen Spezialtransport der NATO überfallen, der - mit Geldern aus 14 Ländern beladen - von Paris nach Brüssel unterwegs ist. Aber der "das Gehirn" genannte Brite, der den Überfall auf den Postzug Glasgow-London organisierte, hat die gleiche Idee. Auch die Mafia will mitmischen. Die Polizei hält Arthur und Anatol für das Superhirn und lässt das Duo für sich arbeiten. Im Hafen von Le Havre geht die Beute verloren.
