Robin Duke (* 13. März 1954) ist eine kanadische Schauspielerin, Komikerin und Synchronsprecherin. Bekannt wurde sie vor allem durch ihre Mitwirkung an der Fernseh-Comedyserie SCTV und später bei Saturday Night Live. Sie war Mitbegründerin von Women Fully Clothed, einer Sketch-Comedy-Truppe, die durch Kanada tourte. Sie unterrichtet Kreatives Schreiben am Humber College in Toronto und hatte eine wiederkehrende Rolle als Wendy Kurtz in der Sitcom Schitt’s Creek.
